JUNE 19
EARLY ARRIVAL
1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
When you arrive, head straight to the front guard booth and show them your name and driver’s license. If you rented an RV through RVshare or Triple W Rentals, it’s likely already there waiting for you. Thursday is all about setting up and getting settled. Once you arrive and get registered, you can park and set up your tent. Thursday is the ONLY day we allow customers to drive directly to their campsites to unload their vehicles. On all other days, you will need to park in the designated areas and unload from there. Later that night, the DJs and staff will be performing sound checks. These “sound checks” often turn into a lively pre-party!

FAQ
New to camping? No worries… so is everyone else (who really camps?). This event is for mature adults (no kids or pets). We have couples, single people, newly divorced people, people that should be divorced; Come one come all!
-
Absolutely! But do us a favor… SHARE! Why not… if you’re camping next to someone with a generator, “pool your resources!” Ask to plug into theirs, and when they’re out of gas, let them plug into yours… Figure it out and let’s be one unit, literally and figuratively! Now, if you came with NO generator, at least volunteer to make a “gas” run to help them re-up on the petro!
-
No worries, please bring your ID to the registration table. ALL attendees must show ID at the check-in window.

Yes, there are several companies that will deliver an RV to camp for you, and set it up. They typically cost +$100 a night to rent.
RV renting tips:
Here are a few of our favorite rental companies (let them know you’ll need a generator and have them fill it with water; we have extra water available for you!):
Your RV reservation is NOT complete until you email info@urbaneventsglobal.com your:
1. RV size (i.e. 36.5 ft)
2. Amp (i.e. 50 amp or 30 amp unless you’re boondocking and using a generator)
3. Estimated arrival date and time (*Thursday Arrival is highly recommended)
4. Rental Company information & Reservation #*We recommend your RV arrival for Thursday. We won’t charge you extra to have it dropped off early, however, YOU must purchase a Thursday ticket if YOU decide to show up early.
As a reminder, dry camping/boondocking rv’s and 5th wheels will need to provide their own generators and have their water tanks full on delivery.
Steps to renting an RV with Urban Camp Weekend
Purchase an RV space on the website
Purchase a UCW general admission ticket on UCW’s website (per person)
Rent an RV thru a selected company or bring your own RV
Email info@urbaneventsglobal.com RV details as listed above
The person renting the RV must be on site to receive it and do the walk-thru; Urban Camp Weekend will not accept the liability.

Tents are set up on a first come first serve basis anywhere that’s not already roped off specifically by UCW. Well over 94% of our guests will be pitching a tent, so the earlier you arrive, the better.
-
Registration times are very important. Our registration on Thursday and Friday ENDS at 7:00 PM. Any cars showing up later than those times may have to wait until the next day. In other words, showing up at midnight to 3am in the morning no longer works.escription

The RV spots with full connections will be posted the month of the event. Priority is given to those who already purchased a dry camping/boondocking spot for an upgrade. As a reminder, dry camping/boondocking rv’s will need to provide their own generators and have their water tanks full on delivery. Other lodging options will be posted as they come available.
More information: Boondocking, also known as dry camping, is the act of camping in an RV or camper without hookups to water, electricity, or sewage facilities. Here are some key points, pros, and cons to consider:
Key Points:
Boondocking offers a more rustic and adventurous camping experience, away from crowded RV parks and campgrounds.
Boondocking sites can be found in remote areas such as national forests, BLM lands, and other public lands.
Boondocking often requires self-sufficiency and preparation, as there may be limited access to amenities and services.
Pros:
Boondocking is typically free or low-cost, making it an affordable camping option.
You can enjoy more privacy and tranquility as you camp in quiet, remote locations.
Boondocking allows you to experience nature up close and personal, with breathtaking views and outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
Cons:
Boondocking requires more preparation and self-sufficiency, as you’ll need to bring your own water, food, and power sources.
Boondocking can be less comfortable than traditional RV camping, with fewer amenities and services available.
Overall, boondocking can be a rewarding and unique camping experience, but it requires careful planning and preparation to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.

Payments & Payment Plans:
All payments to Adventure in Black and it’s partners are non-refundable and non-transferable.
